Your Far Infrared Sauna session is designed to be peaceful and restorative. You’ll sit or recline comfortably inside the sauna while infrared heat gently warms the body from within. How is infrared different from a traditional sauna?
Unlike traditional saunas that heat the surrounding air to high temperatures, far infrared saunas use radiant heat that penetrates more deeply into the body at a lower, more comfortable temperature.
