Arrival & Parking

Guests benefit from dedicated disabled parking located conveniently close to the entrance, along with an easy drop-off point for those requiring additional support on arrival.

Access to the Building

Our centre offers step-free access throughout, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for wheelchair users and guests with reduced mobility. Internal spaces are thoughtfully arranged to allow calm, easy movement between therapies.

Personal Support

While we warmly welcome all guests, certain therapies require independent positioning or transfer onto specialist equipment.

For this reason, guests who require physical assistance must attend with a carer or handler.

Please note:
Our team is not insured to provide lifting or manual handling assistance. However, carers and companions are fully welcome to accompany guests and remain present throughout their experience.
