Light Therapy sessions at Breathe Vitality are designed to be calm, comfortable and restorative. You’ll lie on a full-body light bed while controlled wavelengths of red and near-infrared light gently surround your body.

Sessions are non-invasive, require no heat or UV exposure, and are fully monitored by our trained team to ensure a safe, relaxing experience from start to finish.

What happens during a Light Therapy session?
Once you’re settled on the bed, the light system is programmed to deliver specific therapeutic wavelengths across your body for the duration of your session. Typically lasting between 10 and 20 minutes, this time allows the light to interact with cells throughout your body to support energy production, circulation and recovery processes. There’s no pain or sensation beyond a warm, soothing glow, and you can simply relax while the session runs.
